My recent stay at a hotel near the center of Amsterdam was an absolutely delightful experience. From the seamless process of securing my accommodation to the charming hospitality offered by the hotel staff, every aspect of my trip was perfect. The hotel's location was ideal, striking a perfect balance between peaceful serenity and close proximity to the vibrant heart of Amsterdam. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city's rich history, culture, and bustling nightlife, all within a short walk or bike ride. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities. It served as a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing, boasting a comfortable bed, a pristine bathroom, and a picturesque view of the city's unique architecture. The accurate descriptions and transparent customer reviews I consulted helped me make an informed choice, ensuring that the hotel met all my needs and preferences. The straightforward navigation and hassle-free reservation process added to the overall ease of planning my trip. In conclusion, my experience with the hotel in Amsterdam was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend it for its reliability, wide range of options, and excellent customer service. Whether you're planning a leisurely vacation or a business trip, it's easy to find the perfect accommodation for your stay.

Location!! If you love food, stay in De Pijp!! Best neighborhood that is still biking, training, and walking distance from all the sites and city things with none of the chaos of being directly in the busiest parts of the city. This specific ibis styles hotel location is right on the canal but in a quiet area— 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Amazing Surinamese food. The beds were so comfortable and simple. We ended up on the 3rd floor with a room looking out to the canal and it was so beautiful and quiet. For the price we paid and quality, it was fairly priced. Cities are expensive to live in but I’ve paid the same or more for worse quality. I’m sold on Ibis hotels after this stay! Staff was very friendly as well :)

First, I want to say that if I come again to Amsterdam, I would stay again in the same hotel for many reasons (But not in the -1 floor, read): 1. The location is great, it is 15 minutes away from the tourist areas; but, far enough to avoid the noise and crazy areas of the city. 2. Tram #4 which goes from RAI convention center to Centraal station, has a stop 1/4 block away. If you go towards Centraal, it takes 5-10 minutes. The only issue is that tram #4 was unreliable when I was there. 3. There is a supermarket with NON-tourist prices in the corner, so you can get groceries, etc, paying the 'local' prices. 4. The hotel staff is great. 5. The rooms on the 3rd floor are amazing. With a beautiful view. Super quiet.

Cristian

Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Kettle in room to make own tea/coffee and only a couple of buildings away from a small supermarket. No fridge in room. Elevator was working and good. Location was on the outer edge of old town but right near tram and bus stops. Within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Near City Sightseeing HopOnHopOff bus, Red route, stop 7 (Heineken Experience). Mum (81) with 2 knee replacements and myself (55) with back nerve damage that affects walking did not have issues walking in to city and back on numerous days. Stayed for 5 nights 24/03/24 to 28/03/24.

Location wise it’s very strategic. Near transport links, shops and restaurants in the city of Amsterdam. The staff were really amazing! I was allowed early check in and was given a room upgrade at no cost. The housekeeping team kept the room fresh and clean daily. Upon check out the receptionist was very clever to offer me to store my luggages safely within their care while I make the most of my remaining time in the city. She even offered me a map and gave me tips on where to buy cheap souvenir items. The team went beyond my expectations! ☺️
